What is a Paid-To-Surf Traffic Exchange
A Traffic Exchange is a program in which its members earn credits by viewing each other's websites. These credits are then used to show your own website to the other members. Each website is viewed for a certain period of time before another one opens in your browser window. Paid-To-Surf Traffic Exchanges have the added benefit of paying you in cash as well as credits. The cash can then be used to purchase more credits or other advertising options on the exchange or, when you meet certain criteria, can be withdrawn as a payment into an online payment processor such as AlertPay or e-Gold.
Is it free to join?
Yes. You can join 17SurfPro.com for free. As a free member you can earn credits that can be used to show your own website to our members. However, if you want to earn cash, you will have to upgrade.
How much can I earn?
This depends on the Plan you use. Please see the upgrade page for details.
How and when will I get paid?
The rules for payment are very simple:
1. Payment will be made through the same payment processor that the upgrade units were purchased
2. We aim to make payments from between 24-36 hours and up to 14 business days depending on which Plan you use.
Are there any other conditions to your payments?
No. We do not use the 50:50 rule and it is not necessary for you to have an active upgrade in order to receive your payment.
Do you pay referral commission?
Currently none of our open plans offer referral commission. This will be reviewed in the future.
How many sites can I advertise
Free member can advertise one site, upgraded members can have up to 17.
What type of sites can I advertise?
We accept sites in all languages. Sites that are not accepted are:
Sites with content considered inappropriate for family viewing. This includes those with adult content, offensive and racist material or sites with links to such material.
Sites that break frame or re-direct.
Sites with virus, adware or spyware.
Paid-to-Promote advertising sites.
Wargame or similar sites
Site rotators, other than those provided by our sister programs AutoHits.dk, ShalomAutoHits.com and ShalomCashPartners.com.
Sites with popup, popunder windows, fly-in ads or any other device that stops the rotation of sites.
Sites with malicious code, including hidden iframes.
How are you able to pay so much?
17SurfPro.com is part of RPAssociates which includes the RPAtraffic group of traffic exchanges and the RPAads advertising service. We cover the cost of payments from advertising revenues from all our programs, and by using a number of established online investment programs.
Do you guarantee payments?
No, we can never guarantee you will always be paid because the internet is a fast-moving environment where there that are many risks. We aim to reduce these risks by having many sources of income. We have a long record of paying our members and but you should never spend more money than you can afford to lose.
