2.. Any promotional earnings are based on our reserve fund. At any time earnings may be increased, decreased or reduced to zero.

3.. You understand that by joining and upgrading in 17SurfPro.com you are purchasing advertising. You are NOT making an investment or deposit of any kind, and there is NO guarantee of earnings.

4.. Refunds of any kind are NOT allowed. You purchase advertising, and we rotate your ads of your services or goods all over the world for people to view. There is NO guarantee you will generate revenue from your ads.

5.. FREE MEMBERS are allowed only one site to the rotator But does NOT earn any daily rebates.

6.. You may only have one account. Our IP verification technology will insure adherence to this policy. Anyone found in violation will have all offending accounts deleted without warning and all earnings forfeited.

7.. If you choose, you may invite others to join 17SurfPro.com by using your referral link. We pay a "commission" percentage for all referrals on some of our Plans - Some Plans will not offer commission. Commission for referrals is subject to change at any time and also depends on reserve funds. You do not earn commissions on the earnings of your referrals. You must have active AD Units in order to receive referral commissions. Free members do not receive commissions.

8.. We encourage you to promote 17SurfPro.com. However, be aware that we will not tolerate spam emails. Also please do not misrepresent our services. Even though you can earn substantial income by using our program, We Are NOT An Investment Company.

9.. Currently we use e-Gold, SolidTrustPay and AlertPay as payment processors. Referrers cannot share a payment ID (purchased with or paid to) with any of their referrers. A single payment ID cannot be associated with any more than one 17SurfPro.com account.

10.. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen or uncontrollable events involving our reserve fund, customer participation, technical issues, or legislation. It may become necessary for the administrators of this site to change our earning rates and referral commissions for continued growth and sustainability, or even close the site without notice.

12.. Members may not request to have their up-line (referrer) changed because we provide same service no matter who your upline is. Members may not try to convince other members to create new accounts under them.

13.. Any member found trying to cheat 17SurfPro.com will have their account suspended and ALL possible earnings forfeited.

Therefore, it is a requirement that each site that you promote must comply with the following rules. There will be a no-tolerance policy for these offenses. a.. No paid-to-promote sites or war games/similar sites d.. No adult, illegal, violent, or inappropriate content

18.. All earnings paid to participants of 17SurfPro.com are paid from revenue generated through sales of advertising, advertising packages and affiliate programs. Earnings are not guaranteed and are totally dependent of revenue generated from sales of advertising, advertising packages and affiliate programs.
